Rule 8 of the Principal Regulations,-
(1) In sub-rule (2) for the words "with compensation" the words "with compensation certified by the Chairman" have been substituted.
(2) In the restrictive phrase of sub-rule (2), for the words "expenditure", the words "up to two hundred rupees" shall be substituted.
(3) Instead of the words "monthly invoice" in sub-rule (6), the words "quarterly and annual income and expenditure statement of the District Development Committee office and monthly income and expenditure statement" have been placed.
(4) The following sub-rule (9) has been added after sub-rule 8:- "(9) Details of income, expenditure and approved programs shall be posted on the notice board of the development committee and in public places and sent to the district development committee for public disclosure.
